This Privacy Policy describes how Eaze Labs ("we," "us," "our," or the "Developer") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Flappy Rocket mobile application (the "App"), an arcade game available on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Who We Are
The App is developed and operated by Eaze Labs, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), we act as the data controller / Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described below.

2.3 In-App Purchases
Flappy Rocket does not currently offer real-money in-app purchases. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated in advance of that feature launching to describe what payment information is collected and by whom (typically processed entirely by the Google Play billing system, which does not share your full payment card details with us).
2.4 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, SMS, call logs, camera or microphone data, financial/payment card information, or government identity documents.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create, operate, and maintain your player profile and saved progress
- To provide score tracking, leaderboards, and achievement features
- To monitor, analyze, and improve App performance and stability through crash and usage analytics
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse (e.g. falsified leaderboard scores)
- To communicate with you regarding support requests, updates, or policy changes
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process information subject to its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Sign-In / Google Play Games Services | Account authentication, cloud save, leaderboards | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics), by Google | App usage analytics, crash and performance reporting | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
We do not currently show third-party advertising in the App. If advertising is introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated to disclose the ad network(s) used, the data they collect, and your choices (including opting out of personalized ads), before that feature is enabled.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors such as Google (for authentication, cloud storage, and analytics) who process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security obligations
- Leaderboards: your in-app display name and score may be visible to other players on public leaderboards, if enabled
- Legal requirements: if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or ourselves
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your data
6. Data Storage, Security & Retention
Data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by our service providers (including Google Firebase). We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — such as encrypted transmission and restricted access — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Deletion & Account Removal
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by:
- Using the in-app account deletion option (if available); and/or
- Emailing pizzazzmusic786@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email associated with your account
We will process verified deletion requests within [30] days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, in which case data will be securely isolated and deleted once that obligation ends.
8. Your Rights and Choices
8.1 If You Are Located in India (DPDP Act, 2023)
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to: obtain a summary of your personal data being processed; request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data; request erasure of your personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal); and register a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in Section 11.
8.2 If You Are Located in the European Economic Area (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our processing is based on your consent (e.g. account creation) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the App.
8.3 If You Are a California Resident (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
8.4 All Users
You may also manage certain data directly through your device settings, including resetting your advertising identifier or revoking Google Sign-In access via your Google Account settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as under 18 for consent purposes under India's DPDP Act, where processing a child's data requires verifiable parental consent). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal data may contact us using the details in Section 11.
10. International Data Transfers
Because our service providers (such as Google Firebase) operate global infrastructure, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred internationally.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors — including if in-app purchases or advertising are introduced. We will post the revised policy at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
- Fill in every [bracketed placeholder] — legal entity/developer name, addresses, dates, and contact emails. Google Play will reject listings with placeholder text still visible.
- Host this page at a public, permanent URL (e.g. GitHub Pages, Firebase Hosting, or your own domain) — Play Console requires a live link, not a file upload.
- In Play Console's Data safety section, declare the same data types listed here (account info via Google Sign-In, app activity/analytics via Firebase) — the declaration and this policy must match.
- If you decide to add in-app purchases or ads, update Sections 2–4 before that update goes live, and update your Data safety declaration and store listing at the same time.
- Have a lawyer (ideally one familiar with the DPDP Act) review this before launch — this document is a strong starting draft, not a substitute for legal advice.
